Customizable modular & prefab ADUs

Every model is a detached backyard ADU built off-site for a faster, tidier build, then finished on your lot. Nine floor plans from a compact 504 sq ft studio to a 1,053 sq ft two-bedroom, each customizable across finish and option levels. Your zoning and site conditions ultimately determine which plans and options are possible — and if your lot or vision isn't suited to modular, our builder partners can provide a site-built option.
