Your inquiry

When you request a feasibility review, we collect the contact details, property address, project goals, site information, timing, budget, financing preferences and notes you choose to provide. CT ADU uses these details to review your inquiry, contact you and help plan next steps. Please avoid sending medical details, account numbers or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

Who can see it

The CT ADU team members handling your inquiry can access your information. Our website and form service providers process submissions to support that work. We do not sell inquiry information. We keep inquiry records as needed to respond and manage the project relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Optional lender and business-partner introductions

Requesting an introduction to a lender or business partner does not authorize us to send your full feasibility file. We first ask for your OK to share your contact details and project basics with the lender or business partner being introduced, such as a design professional, builder or real estate agent. We do not share the full feasibility file. CT ADU isn't a lender and isn't paid by lenders. Introductions are optional.

Browser drafts and analytics

The questionnaire keeps a draft in your browser's session storage so you can move between steps or return during the session. Use “Start over” to clear the draft; a successful submission also clears it. Calculators run in your browser and their inputs are not sent to CT ADU.

We use website analytics to understand page use and inquiry actions. We do not send your name, address, email, phone number, financial answers or other personal form details to analytics. Inquiry answers are submitted through the form, not put into page URLs.

Questions or deletion requests

Email info@ctadu.com to ask about your information or request deletion. We may need to verify your request and explain any records we need to retain.
